Richard Tieszen presently represents clients in the South Dakota Legislative arena including local, state wide, national, and international entities.
Richard’s efforts involve actively assisting lobby clients in planning legislative strategies, drafting proposed legislation, working with and educating legislators and others pertinent to any particular issue, and presenting testimony before committees.
