This team, led by Dick Tieszen, has a significant expertise in public policy. Our government relations clients consist of businesses, agencies, and organizations. Tieszen Law Office is ready to help you with a number of estate planning matters, from simple wills to more complex trusts and general estate transfer planning. We also handle the probate of estates, both formal and informal, and will contests.
Tieszen Law Office’s business law practice provides legal advice to new and existing businesses on matters such as entity formation, sale of businesses, counseling business entities, including compliance and regulatory matters. Our clients include new ventures, farming businesses, and family businesses to name a few. We pride ourselves in providing proactive problem solving for our business clients.
Our litigation practice represents clients in both state and federal courts, and includes both plaintiff and defense work. This comprehensive service includes all levels of litigation, from trial work through the appellate process. If your case can be fairly and satisfactorily resolved by agreement and without a trial, we will work to accomplish that, and have extensive experience in negotiations as case resolution. If not, we will work with you to prepare your case for trial and fight on your behalf.
